I
happen to be big on bucket lists. Frankly, I’m big on lists in general, but
especially bucket lists. I actually run a bucket list account on Instagram, if
any of you are interested the username is @forever_bucketlist J
Anyway,
back to my bucket listing, people always talks about their dream summers and
all the cool things they want to do, so I figured why not take some initiative
and create a list of MUST-DOs and fun DIYS. Here you go:
·
Make my own Capri-suns:

o
What you’ll need:
§
Lemonade (or other fruit drink)
§
Mini Ziploc bags
§
Straws
o
Freeze the lemonade in the Ziploc bags
o
Freeze until almost solid (or fully solid if
you’re traveling with them)
o
Squeeze the bags (you can also hit them with a
metal spoon) so the consistency is a little more like a slushy
o
Insert straw
o
Enjoy! You can take them to the beach, to the
pool, or just keep them in your yard
·
Colors of the wind… but actually

o
If you paint the primary colors on a fan you get
the coolest effect ever! Since I only have fans (no AC L) I am definitely
trying this!
·
Homemade nail stickers
o
Have you ever wanted to do really cool nail
designs but they’re just too hard? (Wow, I sound like an infomercial). Here’s
the solution:
o
Paint the nail designs you want onto a Ziploc
bag, let them dry and then peel them off.
o
Just stick them onto your nails and add a layer
of topcoat, you’re good to go!
Other
ideas:
o
Sunscreen tattoos:
o
Just put sunscreen in a specific shape on your
body and leave it there while you tan. At the end of the day you’ll have a
heart/star/infinity/whatever shaped patch of light skin on some various body
part
o
Make a glitter jar:
o
Just Modge Podge the inside of a jar and cover
the inside with glitter. Boom, a cool desk ornament.
o
Stud a pair of sneakers! All you need is studs,
fabric glue, and toothpick to apply the glue to the shoes.
